I anticipate this year to be culturally, environmentally, politically and socially transformative and likely challenging as we navigate unprecedented times.

Wow! Here we are, in the ripeness of summer!
I have returned from my “unplug” and epic wilderness adventures a month ago, and my oh my, I feel deeply recharged and overjoyed to be writing to you again.
As you may have read in my last letter to you all, after an immensely challenging first half of the year, my spirit was hearing a loud call to do some personal healing in the mountains.
I backpacked, canoed down rivers, slept under stars, and also bathed in wild waters every day, washing away the immense stresses of last spring, and finding deep renewal in the wild nature within me and around me.
I feel so renewed and am writing to you all with such joy and excitement to connect with you beautiful souls!
After a month now of being home, I continue to be in awe of what a world we are living in!
There is so much to navigate, so much uncertainty and yet I am recently finding something surprisingly enlivening ~ feeling that in so many respects, there is a blank canvas for us to paint on!
As a mama and a teacher, I have been deep in preparations for the new school year.
Kids are not going to be going back to school here in California, so I have been working hard to create a nourishing learning environment for my daughter Flora.
But I think perhaps what is giving me the greatest pep in my step and twinkle in my eye is the feeling of the new school year for me and my students starting on the Fall Equinox!
I have been creating something really magickal for you all and I am so incredibly excited to invite you on this journey with me soon of herbal healing & education, spiritual transformation, regenerative living & more.
This 10 month journey of weaving ourselves into the source of regeneration has been in the works for years.
Like you, I am sure, I have known that there is a different way of living on this Earth that does not strip land and people from their souls purpose, health and joy.
I have been working as a healer, teacher, herbalist, earth activist and regenerative gardener for years learning how to feed these parts of us that are vital, wild, sacred and that can thrive amidst adversity.
My book, The Witch’s Herbal Apothecary: Rituals & Recipes for a Year of Earth Magick and Sacred Medicine Making, was the first release of my work.
This course is now the journey we get to share together, diving into the practices, plants, and hands on healing of the earth and ourselves.
In creating this journey, I have been looking ahead at the year to come and drawing on the years of work in regenerative healing.
The greater web of life & the ancient healing plants have endured great transformation many times before and can teach us how to adapt, be resilient, transform, grow and bloom.
With this in mind, I have created a new offering....
The Apprenticeship to the Sacred Wild.
This 10-month journey is crafted to deepen your physical, spiritual and emotional resilience, as well as your relationship with the Earth and the Great Mystery.
The at home study is designed to help you cultivate a balanced nervous system through these turbulent times with the support of the healing plants, herbal medicine, healing protocols, and energetics of the seasons.
It also includes monthly LIVE gatherings - a time for ceremony, ritual, receiving guidance from the spirits, releasing tension and feeding the forces of vitality within us.
